Revised Work Plan – Mitigation of Trash and Debris from Private Property Site
Private Property – 19133 East Liberty Road, Clements, California May 26, 2023 (Rev June 27, 2023)
Project No. 21-899

7

3.5 STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN

According to the California Water Boards State Water Resource Control Board
construction activities resulting in less than one acre of land disturbance are not required
to obtain the general permit for storm water discharges associated with construction and
land disturbances. The total acreage estimated to be disturbed during construction
activities at the Site is approximately 0.40 acres. Due to the quantity of land estimated to
be disturbed being far less than one acre, Sharp Environmental proposes that a Storm
Water Pollution Plan will not need to be implemented for this phase of the project.

3.6 SITE SECURITY

The exclusion zone will be delineated with barricade tape, barricades, cones or other
identifiable means and the Site will have restricted access in the work area. Unauthorized
personnel will not be allowed access to the work area.

4.0 STAGING

This Work Plan proposes to haul trash and debris with 15- to 18-cubic-yard end dump
trucks to the EHD approved facility. Based on the estimate of 4,000 to 7,000 cubic yards
for removal, approximately 200 to 400 truckloads of trash and debris will be removed
from the Site. Remedial activities are planned to be performed from 7 AM to 5 PM
throughout the project. The trucks are planned to cycle into the Site to minimize
congestion with other activities. Traffic control will be provided as needed.

5.0 RECORD KEEPING

Site personnel will maintain records of all field activities including personnel, time and
dates of activities, number of loads transported off-site, types of activities performed and
site conditions throughout the project. A daily tailgate meeting will be held and
documented with the meeting time, personnel present and subjects recorded in the
logbook. Field logs of the site excavations and other activities will also be recorded on a
daily basis. These records will be entered into a hardbound dedicated field logbook or
similar. A photolog will also be maintained of the project activities. All loads to be
transported from the Site will be accompanied by appropriate shipping documents to the
disposal facility.

6.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY

All field personnel will follow and abide by the provisions and procedures as described in
the HASP included in Appendix B. Level D personal protection equipment is anticipated
for the site work areas. A health and safety meeting will be conducted at the beginning of
each day during field activities.
