Revised Work Plan – Mitigation of Trash and Debris from Private Property Site <br />Private Property – 19133 East Liberty Road, Clements, California May 26, 2023 (Rev June 27, 2023) <br />Project No. 21-899 <br /> <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />7.0 PLAN AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Amendments to this Work Plan may be implemented as additional Site information is <br />gathered. The amendments, if any, to the Work Plan may include additional removal of <br />impacted soil delineated from verification sampling, removal of footings or other objects <br />and special considerations in the event that the removal of impacted soil creates unstable <br />conditions to surrounding structures, transportation structures or off-site property. All <br />changes will be documented and recorded with the information presented to the EHD. <br /> <br />8.0 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> <br />Following completion of the field work and laboratory analysis, SET will prepare a <br />verification report that will be reviewed and certified by a professional engineering <br />geologist. The verification report will confirm that the waste and residual contaminated <br />soil have been removed from the Site. The verification report will be submitted to the <br />EHD and the CVRWQCB and will include the following. <br /> <br />• Summary of the Site environmental background and history <br />• Summary of the excavation and related field activities <br />• Tabulated summary of laboratory analytical results <br />• Discussion of sampling results <br />• Site vicinity map <br />• Site map with excavation boundaries, depths and sample locations <br />• Waste manifest documents <br />• Field variances <br />• Summary of findings <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
