INTRODUCTION <br />This Site Health and Safety Plan (SHSP) prepared by Sharp Environmental Technologies, Inc. (SET), <br />establishes requirements and provides guidelines for worker safety and hazard identification during <br />the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) being conducted at the private property located at <br />19133 East Liberty Road in Clements, California, Figure 1 and Figure 2. This SHSP is intended to be in <br />compliance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations found <br />in the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 8 section 5192. <br />This SHSP is a site-specific document, which will be onsite, and addresses the safety and health <br />hazards of specific phases of site operations designated and identified in this SHSP. This SHSP also <br />includes the requirements and procedures for employee protection.
