Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The multi-dr cooler for cold storage beverages and Potentially Hazardous Foods(PHFs)was observed <br /> to be 50 F. Surface temperature on the gallons of milk were observed at 49 F and the cheese was observed with a surface <br /> temperature of 50 F. Discontinue storage of PHFs in these units until they have been adjusted/repaired to maintain all PHFs <br /> at 41 F or below and verified by this department.All PHFs in the multi-door cooler(including: milk, eggs, cheese)have <br /> exceeded the maximum hold time of 4-hours and are higher than 41 F. These items must be discarded. Provide <br /> documentation of correction to 209-561-8923. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. Discussed power outage with owner and was granted access to <br /> inspect. Facility currently has no power since last night per owner. Identified one major violation noted above. <br /> Discussed corrective action with owner.
