Maintain dispensers stocked to ensure hands are properly <br /> washed and dried. If temperature cannot be lowered,transfer all PHFs to the right side of <br /> the multi-door cooler(currently 39 F)Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected, pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br /> times.
