Ordered a burger Medium Rare and it was completely raw on the inside. Let them know and the <br /> burger was brought back to them still completely raw. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per Manager no similar complaints have been received. <br /> Hamburger patties are store in the walk in cooler and prepped upon order. <br /> Cooking is done by the use of time and feel.
