<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Water heater is not functional. 3 comp sink, prep sink, hand sink, mop sink and both rest rooms sinks
<br /> have temp at 60F to 62F. Provide 120F or more for all ware wash sinks and 10OF or more to all hand wash sinks. Correct
<br /> before operating.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:3 comp sink installed has only one drain board and not complying with the codes. Provide 3 comp sink
<br /> with two integral metal drain boards. Correct before operating.
<br /> The distance between the 3 comp sink and the prep sink is less than 24 inches. Splash guard is required between both
<br /> sinks. Provide splash guard at least 6 inches high. Correct before operating.
<br /> Provide chlorine strips if bleach will be used as sanitizer/QUAT strips if QUAT will be used as sanitizer to sanitize utensils.
