<br /> Soda machines at the front soda machines station and the back ice maker, are lacking air gaps. Provide air gaps at least 1
<br /> inch off the floor sink before operating.
<br /> Pipe, draining the beverages walk in cooler, in not up to the codes. Provide proper pipe draining the unit in the adjacent floor
<br /> sink with air gap at least 1 inch off the floor sink. Correct before operating.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Front soda machine station, coffee station and 2 D ice freezer, are lacking proper base coving. Provide
<br /> base coving as per codes before operating.
<br /> I observe gaps showing at the junction of the stainless steel coved base sheets and the floor in the beer and beverages walk
<br /> in coolers. Seal the gaps before operating.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
