COMPLAINANT STATES THAT AS OPPOSED TO A REFUND, <br /> COMPLAINANT AGREED TO GO BACK TO PICK SANDWICHES UP ON 9/13/2023. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY <br /> WERE EXPECTING FRESH SANDWICHES TO BE MADE, HOWEVER WHEN THE ORDER WAS PICKED UP THE <br /> SANDWICHES WERE ALLEGEDLY NOT COLD, HAD WILTED VEGGIES,AND THE BREAD WAS SOGGY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Went to facility for complaint investigation. I informed the employee in charge of the alleged <br /> complaint above. I was allowed to inspect the facility. Employee stated that phone call orders are prepared within 10- 15 <br /> minutes after they are ordered. Inspected the veggie and deli sandwich prep cooler.
