Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> On site for alleged complaint. Discussed complaint details with the front clerk who reports he is aware of the food vendor <br /> setting up their food operation on the parking lot on the weekends.The clerk called the store owner during the inspection. <br /> Discussed the complaint details with the store owner who reports he is aware of the food vendor on store property as he has <br /> consented to the food vendor to set up on the parking lot. Explained to the store owner and the store clerk that this outdoor <br /> food operation is not permitted without a valid health permit. <br /> According to California Health &Safety Code, Sections: <br /> 114381 -A food facility shall not be open for business without a valid permit. <br /> 114021 -Any food sold or given to the public must come from an approved source and be sold from an approved facility. <br /> Per store owner, he will no longer allow the food vendor to conduct the food operation from the store property. <br /> Note: If a second complaint is received for the unapprovedfood operation on store property and confirmed by EHD,the <br /> complaint response time will be chargeable at$162 per hour.
