Potentially Less Than Less Than Analyzed <br /> Significant Significant withSi Significant No In The <br /> 9 Mitigation g <br /> Impact Incorporated Impact Impact Prior EIR <br /> XVIII , TRIBAL CULTURAL RESOURCES . <br /> a) Would the project cause a substantial adverse change in <br /> the significance of a tribal cultural resource , defined in <br /> Public Resources Code section 21074 as either a site , <br /> feature , place , cultural landscape that is geographically <br /> defined in terms of the size and scope of the landscape , <br /> sacred place , or object with cultural value to a California <br /> Native American tribe , and that is : <br /> i ) Listed or eligible for listing in the California Register of <br /> Historical Resources , or in a local register of historical <br /> resources as defined in Public Resources Code ❑ ❑ ❑X ❑ ❑ <br /> section 5020 . 1 ( k) , or <br /> ii ) A resource determined by the lead agency , in its <br /> discretion and supported by substantial evidence , to <br /> be significant pursuant to criteria set forth in <br /> subdivision € of Public Resources Code Section <br /> 5024 . 1 . PA-2200277 to amend the map designation <br /> of 2 APN ' s composed of 10 legal lots from C/C ( Community Commercial ) to RIM ( Medium Density Residential ) and Zone <br /> Reclassification No . PA-2200278 , which proposes to change the current zoning designation of the same parcels from C- C <br /> (Community Commercial ) and P- F ( Public Facilities ) to R- M ( Medium Density Residential ) ; and an Administrative Use Permit <br /> to develop a MultkUnit Residential project to include a two-story four-plex totaling 4 , 184 square feet and an 822 square foot <br /> accessory dwelling unit on a new parcel configuration created by Lot Line Adjustment No . PA-2200168 . The project site <br /> currently has eight existing non -conforming single-family dwellings and proposes the demolition of four existing single-family <br /> residences and an accessory storage structure . Additionally , the project proposes to construct two single family residences , <br /> two accessory dwelling units and two duplexes . <br /> a ) On September 1 , 2023 , referrals were sent to United Auburn Indian Community , California Valley Miwok Tribe , <br /> California Tribal TANF Partnership , North Valley Yokuts Tribe , and Buena Vista Rancheria for review . If human <br /> burials found to be of Native American origin are encountered at the time of development all work shall halt in <br /> the vicinity and the County Coroner shall be notified immediately . At the same time , a qualified archaeologist <br /> shall be contacted to evaluate the find . The developer shall follow the procedures pursuant to Title 14 , Division <br /> 6 , Chapter 3 , Article 5 , Section 15064 . 5€ of the California State Code of Regulations . <br /> 29 <br />
