As no outdoor storage is proposed , there is no expectation of <br /> regular noise , glare , or other nuisances . <br /> Finding No . 6 : Adequate Public Services and Facilities <br /> The site of the proposed use is adequately served by highways , streets , water , sewer , storm drainage , <br /> and other public facilities and services . <br /> • This finding can be made because of the parcel ' s existing access from State Route 99 . The <br /> driveway approach shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of <br /> Public works . The proposed use will utilize onsite septic system for wastewater, onsite well for <br /> water and onsite natural drainage . Stormwater drainage is subject to the rules and regulations of <br /> the Department of Public Works . <br /> Finding No . 7 : Conformance with Development Title <br /> The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions of this Title . <br /> • This finding can be made because the project as proposed meets the minimum requirements for <br /> an indoor warehouse in the I =L ( Limited Industrial ) zone .
