Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br /> To minimize person-to-person contact,the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br /> NOTES: <br /> -Walk-in cooler and freezer were off at the time of the inspection. Per owner, these will only be used for dry storage. If <br /> walk-in cooler and freezer are used in the future they shall be in good working order and store food at 41 F or below. <br /> -Steam table was off at the time of the inspection. Per owner, steam table will not be used.
