The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br /> fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately update the contingency plan with correct information. Provide a statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 12/26/2020- 12/26/2023 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil, used oil filter, used absorbent. Provide these records and a corrective action <br /> statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 12/26/2020-12/26/2023 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil, used oil filters, used absorbent.
