S A N J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> INLAND VALLEY TRUSS INC 1 150 N SINCLAIR AVE, STOCKTON December 26, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: a 5-gallon bucket <br /> of used oil was observed in the shop. Per Hector, shop employee, the bucket was from previous work not <br /> conducted today. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close all hazardous waste containers and ensure all hazardous waste <br /> containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -two 55-gallon drums of used oil were observed without a hazardous waste label <br /> -one 55-gallon drum of used absorbent was observed without a hazardous waste label <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
