Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />(Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors <br />resulting from the composting operation. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br />greenwaste received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. Dust was minimal. <br />4. Temperature and turning records were reviewed. Records indicated when pathogen <br />reduction was met and when the windrows were moved for screening. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density and Salmonella <br />density of the compost product was available for review. The compost met the state <br />standards. <br />7. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 90 F and 81 F respectively. The <br />temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 80 F to 122 F and 101 F to <br />128 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and screened <br />product was 101 F to 105 F and 93 F to 102 F respectively. <br />
