All records were available for review. <br />2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br />3. The rodent bait stations and fire extinguishers were being properly maintained. <br />4. Tonnage records for February 2014 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility <br />and landfill did not exceed 4,180 tons on any day. <br />5. The five-year permit review application was received by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department on 12/30/2013. The five-year permit review report <br />was completed on 2/18/2014. <br />
