The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. The height of the comingled recyclables was under 12 feet per permit condition 17(10). <br /> 5. Tonnange records for March 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility <br /> and landfill exceeded 4,180 tons on 3/1/13, 3/4/13, 3/5/13, and 3/10/13. It was <br /> documented that the transfer station/compost facility closed down early on those days. <br />
