There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br /> greenwaste received. <br /> 2. The fly population was light. <br /> 3. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and no objectionable odors <br /> resulting from the composting operation. <br /> 4. All records were available for review. <br /> 5. The temperature and turning records were reviewed and were found to be filled out <br /> correctly. <br /> 6. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform denisty, and Salmonella <br /> density of the compost product was available for review. The compost product met the <br /> state standards. <br /> 7. The temperature of the greenwaste and overs was 96 F and 90 F respectively. The <br /> temperature range of the ground material and windrows was 70 F to 114 F and 94 F to <br /> 132 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened product and the screened <br /> product was 104 F to 118 F and 108 F to 115 F respectively. <br />
