There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br /> greenwaste received. <br /> 2. The fly population was light. <br /> 3. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and could slightly smell odors <br /> resulting from the composting facility(windy day). During the inspection this issue was <br /> brought up, and the operator said that he was aware that it was a windy day and no <br /> turning of any of the windrows had occured during the day. <br /> 4. All records were available for review. <br /> 5. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density, and Salmonella <br /> density of the compost product was available for review. The compost product met the <br /> state standards. <br /> 6. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 92 F to 96 F <br /> and 110 F to 153 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 127 F to <br /> 148 F. The temperature of the pre-screened product and the screened product was 138 F <br /> and 106 F respectively. The temperature of the overs was 91 F. <br />
