The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Tonnage records for May 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and <br /> landfill did not exceed 4,180 tons on any day. <br /> 5. The cleanup material resulting from an oil spill last month was placed in a hazardous <br /> waste container. Operator provided pictures of the material in the container. The <br /> material has not yet been picked up. Operator will provide a copy of the hazardous <br /> waste manifest once the material is picked up. <br />
