0 9 <br /> Bagging plant operations: <br /> Below is a list of equipment and a description of the process used to package <br /> organic product at the Austin Rd facility. <br /> The products that we expect to package include: Humus, compost, bark <br /> products, manure, top soil and rock. <br /> Equipment eguire : <br /> 1-16 foot long by 30" wide infeed conveyor with an eight-yard hopper. <br /> A 7.5 hp electric motor and a 25:1 reducer power this conveyor <br /> 1- 30 foot long by 28" wide infeed conveyor. This conveyor is powered by a 5 <br /> hp electric motor and a 25:1 reducer <br /> 1- Hobbs semi-automatic bulk bagging machine. See Attached <br /> • 1-Mc-T hot air sealer. See attached <br /> 20 foot long chain conveyor. This conveyor is powered by a 1 hp electric <br /> motor and 25:1 reducer <br /> 1-15 foot by 32" wide conveyor. This conveyor is powered by a 2 hp electric <br /> motor with a 25:1 reducer. See attached <br /> 1- 15 foot long by 32" incline conveyor. This conveyor is powered by a 2 hp <br /> motor with a 25:1 reducer <br /> 1- Palletizing platform and chain conveyor powered by a 2 hp electric with a <br /> 40:1 reducer <br /> 5000-LB diesel powered forklift. <br /> • 1- Cat 938 wheel loader (diesel powered) with a 7 yard bucket. See attached <br /> 1- stretch wrap machine. <br /> 1- 30-hp electric air compressor. See attached <br /> Process <br /> Product that will be packaged is picked up with the wheel loader and carried to <br /> the 8-yard bulk hopper where it is dumped. The material is then conveyed to the <br /> Hobbs semi-automatic. A person then places a plastic bag on the bagging <br />
