This RCSI <br /> has been prepared to meet the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 14 <br /> (14 CCR), Section 18227. In addition, a SWFP application package has been prepared in <br /> accordance with 27 CCR, Section 21570. This submittal includes two (2) copies of the <br /> following items: <br /> 1. The completed/signed SWFP application form (Attachment 1). <br /> 2. The RCSI, dated July 2009 (provided in its entirety), has been updated to reflect <br /> current design and operational information on compost activities and revised <br /> feedstock information. This RCSI also includes updated figures and appendices, <br /> as appropriate. The updated RCSI provides information on the compost activities <br /> that will be re-instated at the Forward Compost Facility. The RCSI is included as <br /> Attachment 2 (as separate document). <br /> 3. California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) Compliance Information - An <br /> Environmental Impact Report(EIR), dated December 2002, was filed with the <br /> State Clearinghouse (SCH# 2001052081) and certified by the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Commission in February 2003. A Notice of Determination (NOD) was <br /> filed with the State Clearinghouse in June 2003.
