CEQA Mitigation Monitoring Implementation Schedule - The Mitigation Monitoring <br /> Implementation Schedule is included as part of the December 2002 EIR. This <br /> information is discussed as Attachment 4. <br /> 5. Conformance Finding Information -The County of San Joaquin completed their <br /> Non-Disposal Facility Element(NDFE) of the Countywide Integrated Waste <br /> Management Plan (CIWMP), which was approved by the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board (CIWMB) in 1995. The facility is identified and <br /> described in the NDFE. This information is discussed as Attachment 5. <br /> 6. There have been no public hearings and/or other meetings held that are <br /> applicable to this proposed SWFP action for the facility.
