Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />(209) 916-3029 <br />mwon@sjgov.org <br />RE: Frontier California Inc.: Manteca CO, 430 W Center ST, Manteca <br />Hello Inspector Won, <br />Please see the corresponding responses to the following violations. <br />Item # Remarks <br />50 CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020 - Spill buckets meet requirements, have been <br />tested as required, and records kept for 36 mths (TCR 9a). <br />OBSERVATION: The Diesel spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or <br />replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />Response: Repairs pending under 2250106 - FTR - Manteca CA Replace Spill Bucket. Repairs scheduled for <br />September 4, 2024. <br />
