67 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i) 2030078 - Owner/Operator retained a paper or electronic copy of the permit <br />to operate at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: A current copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. The most recent permit on <br />site was dated 2022. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br />retained at the facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2024 permit and retain it on site. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Response: Updated UST operating permit posted. <br />69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i) 2030033 - A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br />accessible at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: A copy was located and retained on site. This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />Response: Corrected at time of inspection. <br />77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f) 2030073 - Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving <br />report. <br />OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 8/8/2023 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br />information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be <br />submitted by 9/7/2023.
