COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT BACK IN AND TOLD THE EMPLOYEE, <br /> REQUESTING A PROPERLY COOKED PIZZA. COMPLAINANT STATES EMPLOYEE COOKED A NEW PIZZA AND <br /> WHEN COMPLAINANT WAS LEAVING THEY LOOKED BACK AND SAW THE EMPLOYEE BY THE PIZZA SHE HAD <br /> RETURNED AND BELIEVES THEY PUT THE PARTIALLY EATEN PIZZA BACK INTO THE DISPLAY CASE. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THEY SPOKE WITH 7-11 CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY ALLEGEDLY CONFIRMED THAT <br /> THE PIZZA WAS PUT BACK AND THE ACTION WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #12 Reuse or Reservice of Returned Food Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:No unpackaged food that has been served shall be re-served or used for human consumption.
