COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT BACK IN AND TOLD THE EMPLOYEE, <br /> REQUESTING A PROPERLY COOKED PIZZA. COMPLAINANT STATES EMPLOYEE COOKED A NEW PIZZA AND <br /> WHEN COMPLAINANT WAS LEAVING THEY LOOKED BACK AND SAW THE EMPLOYEE BY THE PIZZA SHE HAD <br /> RETURNED AND BELIEVES THEY PUT THE PARTIALLY EATEN PIZZA BACK INTO THE DISPLAY CASE. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THEY SPOKE WITH 7-11 CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY ALLEGEDLY CONFIRMED THAT <br /> THE PIZZA WAS PUT BACK AND THE ACTION WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
