The location listed <br />on Raffene 1200L, Erapol ECP84A, Hazardous Waste Recycle Oil, , Hazardous Waste Rags, Chevron Rando HD <br />46, and acetone are for multiple building locations. This facility has four buildings on the property. Each building <br />needs its own inventory listed in CERS. This violation has been corrected on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were not complete. The Emergency Response and <br />Contingency plan does not have the local Unified Program Agency (UPA) phone number listed on line C1. Add <br />209-468-3420 at the local UPA phone number on line C1.
