Discontinue use of the 3-compartment sink until drainage issue is repaired. <br /> Discontinue the sale of fountain drinks and all other food sales that utilize equipment and utensils that require washing and <br /> sanitizing until verified by EHD. Repair plumbing issue prior to resuming use of equipment. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:A 5-year food manager certificate is required by new owner. Obtain certificate and maintain a copy on <br /> site.
