A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> PELICAN RENEWABLES LLC 3028 NAVY DR, STOCKTON June 25 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 21 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)3030010-Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days: <br /> -One metal 55 gallon drums observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> - Multiple 5 gallons drums observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f)3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -One metal black 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> - Multiple 5 gallons containers observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One blue used oil container observed next to the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 24 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030013-Accumulated hazardous waste in containers that are in good <br /> condition. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste was found stored on-site in containers that are not in good condition. <br /> -One purple 55 gallon metal drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area observed with severe rusting <br /> - Four grey,one dark grey, and one black 5 gallon containers were observed on its'side with cracks and the content <br /> released on the floor located in the south side of the facility <br /> -One purple metal 55 gallon drum observed on a fork lift has severe rusting located on the east side of the property <br /> -One purple metal 55 gallon drum observed with severe rusting located on the east side of the corn oil tanks <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste shall be stored in a containers that are in good condition.
