Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 8/5/2024 . <br /> Wastes generated by this facility: <br /> - Facility is idle and has not had any hazardous waste pickups since 2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign.
