Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 32 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030027-Daily inspections of the hazardous waste tank systems conducted. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank for used oil is not being inspected daily. Hazardous waste tanks must <br /> be inspected daily as described in this section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262.16 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start to inspect the hazardous waste tanks as required by this section.
