The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PELICAN RENEWABLES LLC as of May 01, 2024. <br /> Open violations from October 26, 2022 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date or <br /> an accumulation date of greater than 180 days: <br /> -5-gallon yellow bucket containing oily liquid and a filter outside of the maintenance area. <br /> -A blue approximately 3-gallon container of used oil in the secondary containment storage outside the maintenance <br /> area. <br /> -Black 5-gallon bucket in the lab containing methanol solution. <br /> -Blue 25-gallon container labeled 'ethanol and imidazole' in the lab. <br /> -5-gallon yellow bucket with a white lid containing oily liquid in the bone yard area. <br /> -Black 55-gallon metal drum labeled'hazardous solids'with an accumulation date of 1/27/2020 outside of the <br /> maintenance area. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
