A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> EffW- <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> UNITED#5447 1 1469 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON i Uly 11 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> components submitted and/or maintained.. <br /> OBSERVATION:A statement of compatibility for Franklin Fueling sensor S404 AND Beaudreau BEI 406 sensor has <br /> not been submitted for the Veeder Root TLS-350. <br /> - Per Veeder Root Technical Support "The only sensors or probes that are approved and UL listed for our TLS <br /> consoles, are the sensors&probes that we manufacture." <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Since the independent testing organization for the monitoring panel Veeder Root TLS-350 <br /> did not include a statement of compatibility for the Franklin Fueling sensor S404&Beaudreau BEI 406 sensor, a <br /> written, affirmative statement of compatibility for the Veeder Root TLS-350 from the manufacturer shall be submitted. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately submit an affirmative statement of compatibility or replace the Franklin Fueling <br /> S404 sensor and the Beaudreau BEI 406 sensor with a component that meets all applicable Title 23 requirements for <br /> a UST system. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -On 5/9/24 section 2 was not completed &Section 9 indicates that Mechanical floats&chains are being used <br /> -On 11/11/23 owner did not print name in Section 6 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing <br /> and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all <br /> of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> - Monitoring plans did not have accurate information <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 76 CA Code of Regulations 2630, 2632,2643, 2644.1 2030015- Facility demonstrated that methods used to monitor the <br /> UST system complies with standards (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: At time of inspection,there was a Franklin Fueling sensor S404 in UDC 3/4 and a Beaudreau BEI <br /> 406 sensor in UDC's 1/2, 5/6, and 7/8.
