SAN JOAOUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />!Jt <br /> Time In: 9:00 am <br />Time Out: 10:00 am <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Name of Facility: LINCOLN PROPERTIES Date: 08/24/2018 <br />Address: 7609 OAKMONT DR, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: ST CLAIRE, JASON Telephone: <br />Program Element: 3611 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA- PRIMARY <br />Inspection Type: ROUTINE INSPECTION - Operating Permit <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: The wooden connection joints are sinking below the deck causing a tripping hazard. The deck surface <br />should be uniform and flush around the pool. Repair the deck before the next routine inspection. , <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#8 Pool and Deck Lighting <br />OBSERVATIONS: Light is not functional and breaker seems to be stuck, Ensure that the light remains off until the light is <br />fixed. And add a sign saying "No Swimming After Dark" before the next routine inspection. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pools used at night shall be equipped with underwater light fixtures that provide complete illumination of the <br />pool. When a pool is used at night, pool deck and emergency egress areas shall be provided with lighting. If underwater or deck lighting is <br />not operational, the pool operator shall post a sign in 4-inch letters stating "NO USE OF POOL ALLOWED AFTER DARK" and shall <br />secure the pool area and not permit any use of the pool after dark. (3115B) <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: The free chlorine was measured at 15.2 ppm upon arrival. The chlorine concentration should be <br />between 2.0 and 10.0 ppm for a public pool. Pool operator added chlorine neutralizer to the pool and brought chlorine down <br />to 7.0 ppm. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH was greater than 8.0 upon arrival. The pH must be between 7.2 and 8.0 for public pools. <br />Corrected on site by adding muriatic acid to the pool, pHis47.2-7.4. <br />tn4-1 <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8.
