The duct work is bulging. Complainant feels drops while
in the pool. Please call complainant with findings."
Per Ramon Rivera, Operations Manager, there was an issue with the HVAC system in the indoor
pool area. On 7-29-15: "a new inducer motor was installed. The heat was also tested and no gas
flow was found. Further testing is required. On 8-4-15: Testing was conducted and it was found that
an ignition control module was not operable. This control was replaced. The heat is now
operational." See copy of invoice from Robic Refrigeration Inc.
Additionally, per Ramon, the duct work above the indoor pool is usually cleaned annually when the
indoor pool is drained. Due to current water restrictions, the indoor pool has not been drained and
the duct work is not accessible safely at this time.
Observations:
Upon inspection, I did not observe any debris in the pool water. The pool water appears clear. No
condensation was observed. The duct work above the pool does appear dusty (from my vantage
point on the pool deck).
Corrective action: Clean the duct work above the pool as soon as it is possible to perform the work
in a safe manner.
_,.
INSPECTED BY: Kadeanne Linhares (209) 468-0330
TIME
IN: 1010am
TIME
OUT: 10:40am
RECEIVED BY: ,...
