All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH is 8.0. Reduce pH to 7.2 to 7.8. Correct today. <br />About 1/2 gallon of muriatic acid was added on site by John of Vintage Pools. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The middle skimmer on the south end of the pool lacks a Float Valve Assembly. Provide a FVA by 1 <br />week. <br />Several Float Valve Assemblies lack 0-rings. Replace missing 0-rings by 1 week. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />#35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The Flowmeters on Filters #2 and #3 are stuck/not registering. Repair/replace flowmeters by 1 week. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications.
