The monitoring system <br /> certification does not list a UDC Leak Sensor Manufacturer or UDC Leak Sensor Model. "Float and Chain" is listed <br /> under UDC Panel Manufacturer, but float and chains are not connected to monitoring panels and "Float and Chains" is <br /> not a UDC Panel Manufacturer. "Mechanical' is listed under UDC Panel Model#but float and chains are not <br /> connected to monitoring panels and "mechanical'is not UDC Model#. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 9 CA Code of Regulations 2638, 26410),2715(f)2030002-Leak detection equipment tested by qualified service <br /> technician every 12 months(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were last performed on <br /> 7/31/2023 and were due by May 2024. Testing has not been completed and is one month past due. <br /> Annual certification is due each May unless conducted sooner than May to reset annual certification dates. The <br /> annual certification has been conducted late on 6/30/2021, 6/29/2022, 7/31/2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
