SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />, COUNTY <br />Time In: 950 am <br />Time Out: 10:50 am <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Name of Facility: WATERFIELD SQUARE APARTMENTS Date: 07/13/2020 <br />Address: 8035 MARINERS DR, STOCKTON 95219 <br />Owner/Operator: BRE MG WATERFIELD SQUARE LLC Telephone: (209) 957-5707 <br />Program Element: 3611 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - PRIMARY <br />Inspection Type: ROUTINE INSPECTION - Operating Permit <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cracks in the cement were observed in the 3 1/2 foot section of the pool. Keep pool deck well <br />maintained. Correct within one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Check valves and o-rings were not observed in 2 skimmer assemblies. Provide check valves and o-rings <br />in the skimmer assemblies. Correct within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />Flow rate: 80 gpm Chlorine: 5.6 ppm Temp: ° F <br /> <br />Cyanuric acid: 80 ppm pH: 7.2 Combined chlorine: 0.2 ppm <br />NOTES <br />Routine inspection conducted this date. The followings were noted: <br />Influent: 9 psi; Effluent: 0 psi. <br />Inspection report was discussed with Steven Flim. The signature was not captured. <br />Inspection report will be e-mailed to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
