So <br /> all are attached. There are a few sheets where there are no changes. It is easy to spot a change as <br /> any change shows up bolder than the original. Sheet T&L6, El, E2, E3 had no changes other than <br /> the title block. <br /> 1. Provide updated service requests and permit applications to remove MVP, this should also <br /> include correct billing information and a fire permit number (provide a front page of the approved <br /> permit). All appropriate checkboxes and monitoring details should be indicated. <br /> We have not chosen a contractor yet. When we have we will update all these forms <br /> 2. Provide ELD workplan This is done by the contractor <br /> 3. Provide tank charts and overfill calculations See attached sheets <br /> 4. Sheet T&L1 lists 24k/6k tank and Sheet CO lists 20K/6k tank. The cover sheet is new, revised the <br /> scope of work. <br /> 5. Identify smart sensor locations on T&L1 sheet See sheet T&L1. <br /> 6. Page T&L2 indicates that if people are entering the excavation OSHA notification and a <br /> permit is required. Please submit this permit copy for the tank set and anchoring work- if not <br /> available yet, this must be submitted before scheduling tank set inspection. Same page detail C6- <br /> "1/4"fuel hose capped"—clarify if this is a fuel hose or a vacuum hose. Also on C6 detail "opening <br /> through primary wall"—no openings through the primary wall are allowed. Contractor will do this. <br /> 7. Identify the means to check communication for vacuum monitoring on piping secondary <br /> containment on page T&L2, UDC detail.
