Met with the following individuals: <br />- CJ Dhaliwa, Owner, Ignacio Aguilar, Fiberglass Unlimited, Ariel Barrantes, Town and Country <br />Town and Country Testing - The following tests were conducted and witnessed: <br />Primary Tank Tests <br />Diesel #2, Biodiesel 20, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tanks <br />Result: Passed <br />Secondary Piping Tests <br />-87 Octane, 91 Octane, Diesel #2, Biodiesel 20, Chase, and Vapor lines <br />- Result: Passed <br />Fiberglass Unlimited Testing - The following tests and verifications were performed: <br />Brine Type Verification <br />- Confirmed brine type is consistent with Xerxes specifications. <br />Interstice Continuity Test <br />Conducted on Diesel #2 and Biodiesel 20 tanks <br />Result: Passed <br />Observations: <br />Annular riser pipe located between the 8th and 9th ribs on the Biodiesel base tank. <br />Viewing port installed between the 7th rib and STP sump on the Diesel #2 tank. <br />Brine was introduced through the annular riser pipe and continuity was verified through the viewing port. <br />TruChek Hydrostatic Monitoring — Viewed start of initial 10-Hour Test <br />Brine level raised in the riser pipe to approximately 11 inches. <br />Approx. 3.5 gallons of brine used. <br />Start Time: 10:50 AM <br />Scheduled Completion: 8:50 PM <br />Final verification to be completed by another inspector. <br />Not approved to receive fuel. <br />Not approved for operation. <br />Additional inspections are required. Refer to the approval letter dated June 14, 2024, for a full list of outstanding requirements. <br />Please submit inspection requests in writing to UST@sjgov.org with 48 hours advance notice. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
