STATEMENT
I, Daniel Garcia, confirm that the original factory brine (supplied by Xerxes at the time of installation
and is Calcium Chloride Brine 30%) removed from the tank interstice at the start of the repair on
[Date] by drilling a hole on the inside and bottom of the primary tank. The brine was retained in clean
55-gallon nonreactive drums and kept in secure storage for the duration of the work. Upon
completion of the repair, on June 17 2025, 1 was responsible for reintroducing the retained brine into
the tank interstice. All the brine removed and stored was added back to the interstice. At that time,
additional brine supplied by Xerxes labeled "C450001 Calcium Chloride, Brine 30%" was also
introduced to achieve the required interstice level. All handling and reintroduction activities were
performed in accordance with established procedures and without incident.
M & r--
Daniel Garcia (Oct 31, 2025 07:27:53 PDT)
Technician Name: Daniel Garcia
Company: Fiberglass Unlimited Inc.
