So, I haven't really seen a graying process and once fully cured moisture shouldn't <br />affect the epoxy. But assuming they used the Bravo EP100 epoxy (which I think they did) what likely <br />happened is they didn't shake the hardener before adding it to the epoxy base. The bravo epoxy is <br />white, and the yellow color comes from a pigment in the hardener. The purpose of this is so you have a <br />visual aide to know when you have mixed it enough to fully incorporate the hardener. This pigment does <br />have solids that can settle out over time. There's a big "shake well" sticker on the hardener. If they fail to <br />shake it first the epoxy can come out a much lighter color. This will not have an adverse effect on the <br />performance of the epoxy. So if it's confirmed the fittings where glued to the wall with EP100 epoxy there <br />shouldn't be an issue. It appears <br />that the electrical penetration adhesives in two separate sumps are different in color. According to the <br />contractors, the greying of the adhesive is a natural process caused by moisture. Could you please <br />provide clarification regarding these color changes in the adhesive? <br />I'd attached two photos of the different adhesive on the electrical penetration. <br />Best, <br />Kristina Saetern <br />
