All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Front hand sink, at waitress station, is lacking paper towels. Papers are stuck in the dispenser. Provide <br />paper towels today and fix/ replace dispenser in 1 week. <br />Back hand sink, at the cooking area, is blocked by items. Remove items for full accessibility of the hand wash station. Correct <br />today. Repeated violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Set up sanitizer bucket with chlorine 100 <br />ppm or more or with QUAT 200 ppm or more today. Corrected on site. QUAT is now 200 ppm. Repeated violation. <br />I observe cook preparing raw chicken at the 3 comp sink. Stop this practice immediately. Remove any food from utensils <br />washing sink. Sanitize the 3 comp sink and start adopting using the 1 comp prep sink to prepare food .
