All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Front hand sink, at waitress station, is lacking paper towels. Papers are stuck in the dispenser. Provide <br />paper towels today and fix/ replace dispenser in 1 week. <br />Back hand sink, at the cooking area, is blocked by items. Remove items for full accessibility of the hand wash station. Correct <br />today. Repeated violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizer bucket is not set up yet while conducting my inspection. Set up sanitizer bucket with chlorine 100 <br />ppm or more or with QUAT 200 ppm or more today. Corrected on site. QUAT is now 200 ppm. Repeated violation. <br />I observe cook preparing raw chicken at the 3 comp sink. Stop this practice immediately. Remove any food from utensils <br />washing sink. Sanitize the 3 comp sink and start adopting using the 1 comp prep sink to prepare food . Correct today. <br />Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. (113984(e), 114097, <br />114099.1, 114099.4, 114099.6, 114101 (b-d), 114105, 114109, 114111, 114113, 114115 (a, b, d), 114117, 114125(b), 114135, 114141) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cooking area 2 D Atosa freezer has sticky food debris at the bottom shelves . Clean surfaces today. <br />Hood filter plates, and exterior surfaces of the cooking equipment have heavy grease accumulation. Clean hood interior <br />surfaces, filter plates and exterior surfaces of the cooking equipment in 1 week.
