The North boundary is secured by a 7' tall wrought iron fence which meets the structures fronting Locke Road, with the interior of the facility accessible by sliding gates on the East and West Side of the facility frontage. The main point of entry for non -employees located on the western side of the property frontage shall be controlled by a 24-hour manned security attendant. Entry and exit points shall be two separate 24' wide emergency electronic access gates. Surveillance Cameras All entrances and exits, as well as the exterior and interior of the building structures shall be covered by surveillance cameras with 24/hour remote monitoring. The recorded footage will be recorded and stored onsite as well as off-site. In the event of an investigation by law enforcement or regulatory authorities and the security footage is requested, Greene Brothers Farm shall provide the requesting agency with an unaltered copy of the footage. This data shall be transferred and recorded via DVR, stored in Greene Brothers Farm's internal records as well as internet cloud backup files. The security cameras shall be tamper-resistant, high definition within 1080p quality or better, equipped with cloud backup. These cameras shall have progressive scan sensors, featuring integrated infrared (IR) LEDS to supply light in the dark, even at 0 Lux for a maximum distance of 200 feet. These cameras will also be equipped with automatic day/night functionality. All cameras located on the facility will be recording 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All recordings shall be retained for a minimum of ninety (90) days. All cameras shall be recorded at a minimum of 15 frames per second (fps). All security video recordings shall have a date and timestamp. The timestamp will be accurate and will not substantially obscure the picture. The security cameras shall remain operational throughout a power outage using emergency power generators. Intrusion Detection System Door contacts will be installed at all exterior perimeter doors and interior motion detectors shall be located at many interior locations to augment the door contacts. System keypads shall be located at the various premises entrances (i.e. processor, distributor, cultivation, manufacturing) All exterior doors shall be monitored and locked at all times except as necessary for personnel access.
