Using a diagram, indicate where on the licensed premises cannabis and cannabis products <br /> will be stored. <br /> The cannabis products will be stored in the Distribution Safe Room (See Attached Premises Diagram) <br /> 2. Describe who has access to the areas in which cannabis and cannabis products are stored. <br /> The Distribution Safe Room will be accessible only by authorized personnel, the Distribution <br /> Manager, Distribution Inventory Clerk, and Greene Brothers Farm Management <br /> 3. Describe the security measures in place at the location where cannabis and cannabis <br /> products are stored. <br /> The cannabis storage area shall be maintained under constant, 24 hour surveillance cameras accessible to Greene <br /> Brothers Farm Security personnel, executives, and security administrators. Further, the Distribution premises shall <br /> be secured by commercial grade door locks and shall also be under the supervision of State licensed security <br /> personnel on site during all hours of operation. Furthermore, all interior areas where cannabis shall be stored shall <br /> be secured by commercial grade doors and locks accessible only to authorized personnel of Greene Brothers Farm. <br /> 4. Describe the conditions of the location where the cannabis and cannabis products are <br /> stored. Can the temperature and/or humidity be controlled? <br /> The Distribution Safe Room shall be climate controlled, and ventilated with appropriate air filtration <br /> systems including at least one (1) industrial carbon filter to ensure that no offensive odor emanates <br /> from within the facility. <br /> 5. Describe the training provided to employees regarding inventory procedures. <br /> In addition to utilizing Metrc for purposes of tracking and reporting commercial cannabis inventory and transactions as required <br /> by the State,Greene Brothers Farm employees shall be trained to utilize inventory tracking and management software and <br /> Quick-books to maintain an in-house inventory control and reporting system that accurately documents the present location, <br /> amounts,and descriptions of all cannabis and cannabis products it takes into the commercial market for all stages of the <br /> growing and production or manufacturing, laboratory testing and distribution processes until purchase as set forth under <br /> MAUCRSA <br /> Department of Inventory Procedures <br /> Cannabis Control 1 <br /> CALIFORNIA DCC-LIC-016(Amended 9/21) <br />
