6. Describe the process for receiving new inventory of cannabis and cannabis products. <br /> When new shipments of cannabis products are received,the loading bay doors shall be unlocked and rolled up to allow the <br /> delivery vehicle into to Value Transfer Area.The doors will then be shut and locked,and the Distribution Manager will take <br /> inventory of the products received,recording batch numbers,and processing updates for later input in Metrc.Then the <br /> Distribution Inventory team will unload the cannabis products and place them in the Distribution Safe Room,where they will be <br /> catalogued and prepared for Distribtion to legally licensed retailers. <br /> a. Describe where the cannabis and cannabis products are received. <br /> Cannabis products are received in the Loading/Unloading Area of the facility <br /> b. Identify who will receive the cannabis and cannabis products, such as a manager or an <br /> employee. <br /> Cannabis products shall be received by the Distribution Manager and Distribution team of <br /> employees who will be responsible for recording, loading, and unloading the products through the <br /> Value Transfer Area between the Distribution Safe Room and the Loading/Unloading Areas. <br /> c. Describe how the cannabis and cannabis products are moved to the cannabis storage <br /> a rea. <br /> The cannabis products shall be taken into the physical possession of the Operations Manager <br /> along with designated employees, and manually transported (carried) from the Distribution Vehicle <br /> and into the Bulk Storage Room. <br /> d. Describe what records are produced. <br /> In addition to purchase orders and shipping manifests related to a transaction involving cannabis products inventory,records shall be maintained which demonstrate that all cannabis products have been <br /> obtained <br /> only from licensed cannabis businesses.The Inventory records shall include: <br /> a)a description of each hem in Greene Brothers Farm inventory,to a degree of accuracy allowing easy identification; <br /> b)an accurate measurement of the quantity of the item; <br /> c)the date and time the cannabis products were received; <br /> d)the'sell-by'or expiration date of the cannabis products,if any; <br /> e)the name and license number of the licensee that delivered the cannabis products; <br /> f)the name and license number of the distributor that provided the cannabis products;and <br /> g)the price paid for the cannabis products,including taxes,delivery costs,or any other costs,if applicable. <br /> 7. Describe the type of inventory records that are produced and maintained regarding the <br /> movement of inventory. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall maintain such books and records as those mentioned above in an electronic format <br /> detailing the revenues and expenses of the business, as well as its assets and liabilities. Such records will include <br /> monthly statements detailing the number of sale under each permit, respectively, including gross receipts for each <br /> month and all applicable taxes paid or due to be paid. Such records shall also demonstrate that all cannabis or <br /> cannabis products have been obtained from and are provided to other state licensed cannabis operations <br /> 8. Describe the process for removing cannabis or cannabis products from inventory. <br /> The cannabis products to be removed from inventory will be compared against the data sets in both Metric <br /> and Meadow inventory systems, which will then be updated to reflect their sale and distribution upon such <br /> transactions. <br /> Department of Inventory Procedures 2 <br /> Cannabis Control DCC-LIC-016(Amended 9/21) <br /> CALIFORNIA <br />
