Describe the applicant's procedures for packaging and labeling. <br /> a. Procedures for verifying labeling contents for cannabis and cannabis product batches, <br /> when transferring between licensees and storage. Include how the applicant verifies the <br /> name, license number of manufacturer or cultivator, date of entry into storage area, unique <br /> identifiers and batch number, description of cannabis and cannabis products, weight and/or <br /> quantity of units in batch, and expiration or sell-by date (if applicable). <br /> "Following receipt of a shipment of cannabis goods,and prior to placing such goods into inventory,the Inventory Clerk shell physically inspect <br /> and scrutinize the labeling placed on cannabis goods units to verify compliance with Business&Professions Code 26120 including: <br /> 1.The Certificate of analysis received corresponds to the batch set for transport,and is less than 12 months old: <br /> 2.Thecannabinoid and terpene content staled on the certificate of analysis is accurately(within a 109/6 variance)reflected on the label; <br /> 3.The cannabis goods packaging meets legal specifications; <br /> 4.The cannabis goods have not exceeded their sell-by or expiration date; <br /> 5.The weight or count of the cannabis goads is present and matches that entered into the track&trace system; <br /> 6.The required consumer warnings are stated; <br /> 7.All events which took place prior to receiving the Certificate of analysis have been entered into the track&vete system' <br /> b. Procedures for verifying labeling contents for cannabis goods for retail sale including final <br /> form of verification, primary panel labeling, and informational panel labeling. <br /> N/A <br /> c. Procedures for verifying labeling contents for cannabis goods for retail sale including net <br /> weight (if applicable), identification of the source and date of cultivation, type of cannabis, <br /> date of packaging, county of origin (if applicable), allergen warning (if applicable), and <br /> unique identifier. <br /> "Prior to placing cannabis goods in inventory,Greene Brothers Farm shall verify the following by cross referencing the cannabis goods themselves against <br /> associated sales invoices,shipping manifests,and inventory logs,as well as confirming the net weight of cannabis goods packages: <br /> 1.Net Weight Content shall be verified by re-weighing the cannabis goods package and controlling for container weight; <br /> 2.Source and date of Cultivation,type of cannabis,date of packaging,county of origin,if applicable,and unique identifier shall be verified by identifying that <br /> which was stated in the sales invoice and shipping manifest from the cultivator,manufacturer or distributor from which the cannabis goods were obtained,and <br /> cross referencing the cannabis goods against these records,as well as against that entered into the track and trace system for such cannabis goods. <br /> 3.If applicable,the allergen warning shall be verified by physical inspection of the label and confirmation against the type of cannabis goods contained therein." <br /> d.
