Procedures for verifying cannabis products required to have "For Medical Use" labeling, if <br /> applicable. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure cannabis goods designated for sale to a medicinal customer are labeled"For Medical Use Only"by physically inspecting <br /> the cannabis goods labels prior to such goods being placed into inventory. <br /> Further,the Following Types of cannabis goods received by Greene Brothers Farm shall be specially designated for"For Medical Use"confirmation and <br /> labeling verification,via physical inspection by a Distribution Inventory Clerk: <br /> 1.Edible cannabis products that are orally dissolving with a total THC content exceeding 100mg per package; <br /> 2.Cannabis concentrates and topical products that exceed 1,000mg per package. <br /> Such Goods shall be inspected prior to transport to any Retailer to ensure the goods are labeled"for medical use only" <br /> f. Procedures for verifying packaging requirements including tamper-evident, child-resistant, <br /> and resealable child-resistant exit packaging, if applicable. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure all cannabis goods it receives are packed in tamper evident,child resistant,and resealable packaging,where applicable by <br /> purchasing only packing which meets such standards:" <br /> Plastic,mylar,or glass containers used for packaging shall have either a tear off'seal above a resealable opening,or sealed with a plastic heat wrap at the <br /> container opening to ensure evidence of opening or tampering,and include a complex mechanism that is sufficient to ensure it is child resistant such as a'push <br /> and twist'container top,or a'depress and pull'tab opener on a mylar or <br /> plastic package" <br /> 2. Describe how the applicant will avoid and/or limit deterioration and contamination of any <br /> cannabis and cannabis products, including, but not limited to: pest control, environmental <br /> controls, maintenance and cleaning services. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure the interior and exterior of its premises are maintained in an orderly and cleanly manner so as to avoid the accumulation of dust,standing water, <br /> mold,bacteria or any other microbiological contaminants by: <br /> 1.Daily sweeping and mopping with an sanitizing agent of the interior premises where cannabis goods are handled or stored;; <br /> 2.Maintaining the internal temperature of the licensed premises at approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit; <br /> 3.Ensuring all interior and exterior drainage systems are in good working order to prevent standing water which could become a harborage for pests; <br /> 4.Ensuring all openings to the facility are properly sealed,including doors,windows,vents,etc.,to avoid pests from entering the building; <br /> 5.Storing cannabis goods in a dimly lit,cool atmosphere; <br /> 6.Performing regular maintenance on the commercial HVAC systems to ensure effective temperature and environmental controls" <br /> 3. Describe the applicant's procedures for handling returns. <br /> the event Greene Brothers Farm receives cannabis goods from a licensee that it discovers is either non-conforming or defective,Greene Brothers Farm shall arrange for a <br /> return of such cannabis goods to the licensee from which the goods were obtained.Such cannabis goods shall be tagged and designated for returns,and segregated from other <br /> inventory within the'Safe Room'prior to the return occurring.Greene Brothers Farm shall arrange for such return by transmitting a shipping manifest to the licensee and <br /> Bureau indicating the return of such non-conforming or defective goods in exchange for conforming or non-defective goods.Once the shipping manifest is successfully <br /> transmitted to and confirmed by the licensee from which such goods were obtained,Greene Brothers Farm shall arrange for transport the defective goods back to such licensee, <br /> and execute an exchange for non-defective or conforming goods at the time of the return." <br /> 4. If applying for a distributor license, provide the following information. <br /> a. Storage procedures, which include: <br /> i. Whether the applicant is providing storage-only services to other licensees, and if so, <br /> which licensees and license types. <br /> Applicant does not provide storage only services. <br /> ii.
