iv. Provide chain of custody procedures for cannabis and cannabis product batches. Upon receipt of a cannabis goods batch,Greene Brothers Fane shell enter such cannabis goods into its inventory log which shallinclude: 1)The Name,License Number and Licensed Premises Address of the manufacturer or cultivator who provided the batch; 2)The dale of entry into Greene Brothers Farm storage area; 3)The unique identifiers and batch numbers associated with the batch; d)A description of such cannabis goods with enough detail to easily identify the batch; 5)The weight of or quantity of units in the batch(not to exceed applicable limits based on the type of cannabis goods; 6)The names)of the Greene Brothers Farm employees who took possession of such cannabis goods and placed them into storage; lime e a cannabis goods batch is placed into or removed from Greene Brothers Fane inventory the time of placement or removal,name of the employee placing or removing the goods,as well as the amount or quantity of the goods removed shall be recorded on Greene Brothers Farm inventory log. d. Testing results procedures, which include: i. Procedures for a failed sample, including remediation and/or cannabis waste procedures. Upon receipt of a certificate of analysis indicating a failed sample,Greene Brothers Farm shall designate such cannabis goods as waste and place them in its waste holding and destruction area for on-site destruction,or transportation to a licensed manufacturer to attempt remediation. In the event the cannabis goods are deemed waste and designated for destruction,Greene Brothers Farm shall mix such cannabis waste in a 50-50 proportion with non-cannabis materials such as wet newspaper,and grind the cannabis to a uniform mixture such that the cannabis waste is unrecognizable from its original form. In the event that a cannabis goods batch associated with a failed sample is designated for transport to a manufacturer for attempted remediation,a shipping manifest shall be prepared and transmitted to such manufacturer,with confirmation of receipt to be obtained from the manufacturer prior to transporting such cannabis goods.Following remediation measures taking place,the cannabis goods shall be transported back to Greene Brothers Farm facility where it shall be quarantined until it is retested. ii. Procedures for a passed sample. Upon receipt of certificate of analysis (COA) indicating cannabis goods in possession have met compliance standards, such the COA shall be filed, with the COA number to be entered into the appropriate field in the inventory log. Accordingly, all cannabis goods which are packaged from such a batch shall be labeled with the batch number associated with the corresponding batch. iii. Track and Trace procedures following testing. Greene Brothers Farm shall enter into the track and trace system all information related to cannabis goods testing procedures conducted at its behest within 24 hours of batch sampling, or receipt of any COA related to batch sampling. iv. Certificate of Analysis review procedures. Following receipt of any certificate of analysis(COA)following testing procedures,Greene Brothers Farm shall physically inspect and scrutinize such COA to ensure that COA corresponds to the appropriate batch sampled,and that all of the information verifiable by Greene Brothers Farm is accurately reflected on the COA,such as the time of sampling,batch number,as well as the weight,quantity,or number of units contained within the batch associated with the COA.
